In attachment are the meeting notes. We could create a project board to organize the tasks to be done, in progress and done. Same as Tylar has been doing for other IMaRS projects.

There are some comments that Digna saw in the zooplankton metadata (added in this file ‘Sample_metadata_checkComments.xlsx’ some comments to the zooplankton samples):

1. Some samples don't have the volume sampled (Sebastian is going to ask Ian for that data): WS15148 (64um), WS15320 (64um), WS16319 (64um), WS17030 (200/500um)
2. There was a cruise with the sample volume very low (WS16207 200/500um). It can be true, but better to check it out with Ian.
3. Some samples from cruise WS16130 have an extremely big sample size (>5000 m^3) when the majority of the sample volume lies between 50 to 325 m^3.
4. Samples for the 200um and 500um should always have the same volume filtered. Some of them do not (cruises WS16074 and WS16130)
5. Some 64um samples showed exactly the same volume filtered as the 200/500um (cruise WS16074 for LK and MR). That seems odd, we need to check those.
6. Sample MR116500, which we put it as a sample from the cruise of Jan 2016, is in reality sample MR1116500 from Nov 2016. I was able to tease out that because the 500um sample has the same volume filtered than the 20um for that cruise.
7. The oldest samples analyzed belong to cruises WS15103 (2015-apr-14) and WS15148 (2015-jun-6). I haven't been able to find any log-sheet file with the metadata for those cruises. We don't have those in the folder "years". Did we get those samples without going out on those cruises?

Maybe we should review this, or at least I may want to review it to understand the database versioning pipeline. There maybe another more updated file and the issues that Digna mentioned are solved in a newer version?
