Summary

Owing to low participants, mainly just myself and Kazuya Sato for the past meet ups, less availability on my part, and no pending tasks at hand, I would like to propose postponing future meetups until a direction is decided upon for this meet up group.

Thank you for raising this question. One reason for the low participation is that some members have regular scheduling conflicts. Additionally, I must acknowledge that the participation of non-Japanese speakers has been consistently low and appears to be declining further.

How about deciding to postpone future UN Smart Maps Pacific Meetups now, and discuss the way forward in this issue?

Great, thank you for your feedback @hfu. I think the major question for the direction of the group would be what the community would want from it and what we can offer. Once we decide that, it should be easier to maintain a core group of people. I may still try to meet up with Kazuya and others on occasion.
