We can get detailed camp site information from UNHCR SITE MAPS.

Maybe we can implement a refugee camp digital twin by taking the MUNDO (Model UN development and operation) approach. e.g.:

Looks like the system uses ArcGIS REST API of vector tiles. We might be able to add some value by open source implementation in the spirit of MUNDO which is meant to be a little bit more efficient and also offline-ready.
