OpenFOAM: more recent version of openfoam.org branch at least V10 [1440225]

User wants to use https://github.com/micmog/LaserbeamFoam which needs at least V10 openfoam.org branch libraries. Latest version is V12 https://openfoam.org/news/v12-patch/

I've been able to build V12 patch 20240902 in my Scratch on Kathleen and last night successfully ran a test job. I will now update the build script and install OpenFOAM V12 in /shared/ucl/apps

I've now got the build script on Kathleen and have submitted a job from ccspapp to build it.

It is likely to take at least 3 hours for the build job to run.

the build job worked and test jobs were run successfully on Kathleen. I informed the requester before going away.

OpenFOAM V12 is now installed on all clusters.

Modules needed to run this version are:

module unload compilers mpi gcc-libs
module load gcc-libs/7.3.0
module load compilers/gnu/7.3.0
module load mpi/openmpi/3.1.4/gnu-7.3.0
module load openfoam/12.20240902/gnu-7.3.0

I realise I haven't run any test jobs on the other clusters (only on Kathleen). I've submitted a test job on Myriad and it failed. Investigating ...

OK I hadn't installed OpenFOAM 12 on Myriad so I ran the build job which took about 3 hours and my test job now runs.

I will now check to see if the installation on Young and Michael was done before I went away.

Not installed on Young so setting up a build job to do it.

build job submitted. Build jobs are in ~ccspapp/Software/OpenFOAM on each cluster
