Setup for the poster session

The poster session next week will be in the Cloister Club in Ida Noyes Hall. Setup begins at 11:30. You need to have your poster setup and ready to present by 12pm. We are providing easels and backings to mount your poster, so all you need to bring is your poster itself. Make sure you also add your poster to your project Git repo.

The poster session will run from 12-1:20. You must be present for the entire session. As it is being held during our normal class time, you should have no conflicts. Lunch will also be served during the session - you are free to mingle around, view other students' posters, get some lunch, but you need to stay in the banquet hall for the entire session as Dr. Evans, myself, and other guests will be circulating around to view your posters and ask questions. It would be a shame if you were not present for this experience.
