Week 2 Milestone Tasks

Here are a list of the tasks that we will need to complete for our week 2 milestone:

• Upgrade the project's computational environment to a container. #3
• Add data validation checks to the data analysis. #7
• Update environment.yml file to use specific versions for each dependency. #2
• Update CONTRIBUTING.md to be more specific for setting up the environment. #4
• Add UBC email to personal settings to ensure commits are properly tied to each person. #5

Also, for this milestone, we should be making all our changes within new branches and creating pull requests when we want to bring them over to main.
