IIIF Content search

Look into implementing IIIF Content Search.

This would require another Solr core and API endpoint, as well as a workflow for reading text with bounding boxes into Solr. Doesn't look like there is a good canonical API implementation for this, so this may require creating or adapting a basic Flask app or something.
