[TT-11901] Add health-check to tyk-pump chart

Tyk pump has a health-check endpoint since version 2.9.4. The tyk-pump chart does currently not make use of it.

It would be nice if the health check port exposed per default on the created Tyk pump pods and if it is used for readiness and liveness probes.

Thank you for the suggestion! We are planning to improve the healthcheck for Tyk Pump (and other Tyk components) so that they can report accurate readiness and liveness information. We'd update helm chart to make use of those endpoints when it's ready.

Currently, Tyk Pump health check endpoints do not conform to Kubernetes health check probes behaviour. I'd suggest to put this issue on hold and re-open it when Tyk Pump probes are updated.
