Playground for Community - Submit fence view

What about a view/playground for communities, where they can draw the area and submit it?

I recently received a topojson, exported from geojson.io. it was not possible to import, totally wrong format.

I agree. I was thinking of adding an "approved" column to the geofence table and we could save community submitted ones there for approval. @lenisko also wants a lot of community based features.

Discord Auth would be a good start I think. I have few smart ideas if someone would like to hear me ,) but that's for next day!
