Save mygod score to db and add to /admin/route #214

Proposing to record mygod score when route is created.

Also might be useful to show koji.route.updated_at on that same list.

List could be sort-able by these fields to help identify inefficient or long neglected routes that could use a refresh.

oh, also would be useful to save the settings used to generate the route specifically from the clustering section
