server failed to synchronize recipe data with the client!

Describe the Bug

It seems when im in single player REI works fine i load up my sever and add the mod there and then i get this message

Reproduction Steps

I downlaoded prominence then installed the sever then installed the mod to this mod pack as i want to play this modpack with this mod and then join sever and get error it seems to be sever side and not client but im not sure

Expected Result

I hope to figure out why this is happening since it works in singleplayer i just want it on my sever
