Clicking on a menu icon will sometimes just close when opening and sometimes won't close the menu

When clicking on a menu icon (any of the working 3 green ones), the menu will look like its opening twice. Sometimes just opening/closing right away. Seems to be very prominent on the Character screen

Steps to reproduced:

1. Login as normal
2. Click on the Character icon (first green icon)

• Notice how the character tab will look like it'll open twice

3. Attempt to click on the character icon again to attempt to close the character icon
   IF closed, click on character icon a few times but make note if it opens or closes;
   The issue will arise around the 3-4 open click

Temp fix:
Wait a few seconds when clicking on the menu icons
