Cannot create an app from the website.

Reproduction: going to https://tracker.gg/developers/apps/create, filling the required fields, clicking "Create App". The site puts me back at the "My Apps" dashboard, but the one I've just tried to create doesn't show up (still say "You have not created any apps").

Looking at the browser console, the site is getting a bunch of 404 and 500 errors from api.tracker.gg.

Hello @Dhravya and @Askannz . If your account is fairly new you will need to wait a few days before creating an application. I hope this helps 😄
