Add an option to the AtomsCrowdGenerator to output a PointsPrimitive representing the animated agent skeletons rather than the final geometry.

This should create one location per agent, one point & orientation per joint.

it'd be neat if there was an option to output a line model as well (poly curve for each joint? open mesh?) to represent each character
