daylight saving time #85

I did this:
var d = new Date();
time.extend(d);
d.setTimezone("Asia/Jerusalem");
return time.localtime(Date.now()/1000);

and it works fine, my question is what happens when they change they change the clock for daylight saving time, would it still work?
