It has to be supported by the Kernel, and it is not been configured in the Docker image, and the version might be a little bit old, I should check later and leave this issue open for awhile. Thanks for your information.

就我了解，bbr要跑在宿主机上才有效，docker内是通过宿主机上网的。如果docker直接挂接在网卡上，那么docker里开启bbr也是有效的
