Creating a system setup and configuration knowledge base would be an amazing addition to the Study Group. Setting up a system and configuring properly can be a daunting task for newcomers, even those that may have had a lapse in skill building.

The idea would be to provide OS-based for Linux, MacOS (to include Apple chips) and Windows setups for the varying tools outlined in the repo.

Possibly include IDE, container, and other tools -- limited to the most popular tools in use (??).
