Solution for setting box items

Currently there isn't an easy way to set padded items like buttons or form inputs on the baseline grid; is a good candidate for a mixin.

Unsure at this stage if this should just set the type inside the buttons on the grid, and/or set the padded box as well. Possibly could be an option, or two mixins.
