Currently in some cases it is refreshed in telegram immediatly after some actions, and sometime - after all callbacks. Need to unify

many people have one complicated (in current version) case:

send some messages in asyncio.Task with BgManager
now we want to send again our Dialog
in default manager we can just use .show_mode=SENT, but bg does`nt have this attribute
