Add UI feedback for yes/no vote status

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Little to no feedback exists in the radial menu for whether a vote is running, or whether a selected vote is valid; there's also no indication that starting a vote automatically votes yes for you.

Describe the solution you'd like

• Prevent hover-select on yes/no if there is no selectable vote for that category (incl. if you have already selected that vote)
• Display an indicator on yes/no if there is a selectable vote for that category
• Display an initial count when a vote starts to indicate auto-yes
