Block Editing Tool Not Available

I cannot enable the block editing tool that I used to build my home page, etc.

I disabled Brizy andinput this to try and block the editor tool but the option to change over to that editor does not even pop up for me.

Can someone assist me in the right direction of how to get back to the original editor, given the WP updates?

PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function get_template_part()

I keep getting this error as well from the error logs. I'm not well-versed in PHP so I'm not sure what to do about it.

From my research, it seems like it may have something to do with Brizy as I do not have it on a site that the page builder is working on and do have it on the site that I am having problems on. It seems that from the screenshot on your ticket that this is the case as well.
