Add donate button

Hey, thanks for a great extension!

It seems like Somafm is in some financial troubles, according to their website. But those just using this extension to listen to them will not see that. If they go bust, this extension will no longer be of any use. So I would think it would be a good thing to add a donate "button" to the drop down, below Channels, so that some more people might see that they need to contribute if they want this service to stay alive. The "button" should link to https://somafm.com/support/
