A user was unable to load the replacer on Win7 and while it should not work in theory anyway, it is a bit strange that the dll can not be loaded at all.

It should be checked if some dlls are required by the replacer dll on start up that could cause this. Maybe this hard dependency could be softened, especially in case the other API would actually support the system.
