My game keeps crashing when loaded with MrCrayFish's furniture mod and wold edit 1.12.2

When i start the game up and load into my world, its extremely laggy, and doing random things like placing an item frame or breaking a block crashes my game. Please help i have valuable builds on my world. The error says: "The game crashed whilst exception ticking world" Error: java.lang.IllegalStateException: TickNextTick list out of synch

And i have MrCrayFish's Furniture mod and world edit.
