Actions missing from menu

If you press F you fly, but that isn't listed as an action.

Also Action is E, is that the only option for wear and unwear? If so I think it would be better to say Equip = E instead of action. I know what equip is but action could be anything, unless that is intention in which case it is fine

Also now that I am flying, how do I go up or down instead of just WASD? Should be listed in action menu.

I hit + (shift +) and it starts playing music

If I press shift + again it changes the music, but i don't know how to turn the music off. I should have tried minus I suppose but I just reset instead.
