[FEATURE] Hide the notch in fullscreen for streaming services

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It's frustrating to have the notch show up when I'm watching netflix or prime video on full screen. I usually prefer the full black top bar, and the notch acts as a distraction (it just shows the chrome logo).

Describe the solution you'd like
An option to add settings to hide the notch for streaming services in full screen (or just hide it in general in full screen).

Generally when full screen is active, typically for video. For example youtube is good testing case.
