Following are the list of task to be completed before fully open sourcing the project:

Make the package public through organization account (/@thanka-digital)
Add proper licensing and contribution guides
Create a proper release automation cycles
Complete issue Feature: Testing setup in template #1
Documentation
Change the name of the project to be more generalized (also creating a logo if feasible)
