Display not matching database for graduation date and some committee members for some instances

utexas was built from main on Jun 6 (4.2.7?)

at that site 2 students so far have selected a graduation date of August 2024 but their subsequent viewing shows July 2024. The database field_value shows the correct date of August 2024. The action log shows the selection of the correct date of Aaugust 2024

1 student had her 3rd committee member repeatedly disappear from her record display. Her advisor and all 3 committee members are correctly stored in a field_value.
