DSpaceMETS dc.date.issued and dc.date.created both in mets.xml but both are hardcoded to come from the dc.date.issued in field_predicate

but suppress the generation of (per UTexas request):

<dim:field mdschema="dc" element="date" qualifier="created">2021-08</dim:field>
