Describe the bug
When refreshing the settings page, the Organization Category list under Organization Settings is not loaded in the dropdown. To load the categories, you must click on another tab after clicking on the Organization tab.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Go to Settings
Click on Organization tab
Click on dropdown under Category in the sidebar - the dropdown list will be empty
Click on Workflow Management tab
Click on Organization tab - you should see the Category dropdown populated
You can also reproduce this just by refreshing the page while on the 'Organization' tab.
Expected behavior Category dropdown should be populated the first time a user clicks on the Organization tab
