feat: support more properties of EnumerationOptions #589

Support the following properties of EnumerationOptions:

  • MaxRecursionDepth
  • ReturnSpecialDirectories
  • AttributesToSkip

This implements all attributes, except IgnoreInaccessible that are mentioned in TestableIO/System.IO.Abstractions#653
