Trying to import plugin Intel XDK 3759

I've been trying to import this plugin and not importing.
Look the steps:

• Open the project (HTML5 + Cordova)
• Access Cordova Plugin Explorer
• Access Third-Part Plugins
• Mark Git Repo
• Paste URL (https://github.com/Telerik-Verified-Plugins/NativePageTransitions)
• Click in Add Plugin

The message that appears is:
