need hep with windows

need some help with windows. i went thought the installation .bat set up shortcuts and all that good stuff. tried running as admin but i keep getting this below and then shuts down

but your problem is that you have installed the "other" trakt pip package:

remove it, or use pipx or virtualenv if you need to use both.
