More technical and auto updated API docs wanted

I do not know the full list of properties I can use on a new tauCharts.Chart instance. For example, one will not know setData is available until they google "tauCharts update data".

Though the current guide is packed choc full with many appreciated examples, there's is no auto generated API doc.

If developers at least have access to an automatically generated list of methods/props, then they have a fallback to see what's available to them if no-one has updated the guide yet.
