Create a docker image for any user to use as docker container locally.

Modify Code for Docker Container usage (maybe a Flask App)
Add capability to load/mount directory to container for In-container usage
Add JSON/YAML based specifiers (like Kubernetes)
Save file to host machine
Create UI (optional) - use as Sidecar
