Signs (For Homes, Mining stations) keep falling off whenever I load up my save. [Modpack] #1070

Whenever I try to load up my save the signs would fall off making me putting them all up again.

You mean the structure tokens pop out of the item frames?
What mods are you using? Is the block where the item frame is placed blocked?
