Describe the bug
No Villager Death Message if they fall out of the world

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

make a village
drop a villager out of the bottom of the world

Expected behavior
I expected a message in chat telling me a villager died

Additional context
I am trying to build a tektopia village in a skyblock 3 world
(I gave myself a town hall token at the start of the game)
