Todo

  • Add polkascan block explorer URLs to chaindata for chains which don't have subscan
  • Build utility fn for direct linking to blocks/extrinsics/accounts which is explorer-agnostic
    • Most likely impl: add a case for each explorer host

Note: also would be nice to include a label for each block explorer, so we can say Open on Subscan instead of Open on Block Explorer in the wallet UI
