Redirect library folders

The special library folder (Downloads, My Music, My Videos, etc.) don't seem to be forwarding to OneDrive. Boxstarter should do this for us with its Move-LibraryDirectory method, but it doesn't seem to be working. Maybe we're trying to move too many of them too quickly, with Explorer restarting at the same time?
