Helpper for composer base installtions, store requested packages at the be to a config file (e.g. yaml) and dynamically add them on CLI by a composer plugin on next install or whatever. Perhaps introduce a new composer command to achieve this.
A possibility could additional be a multiline text field to add package names by hand and add them to the config.
It could be more generell implemented in common pendings for composer, not just for requires instead for each or selected composer commands.
This will also be use to install a generated sitepackage which was previously stored to a local path repository. A path settings to the local repo must be provided and must be added to the root composer.json
