Auto build for projects

It would be very helpful if projects would get a feature called "auto build".

Currently a project needs to be built before it can be exported. As the building can take quite some time and there is IMO no way to detect if it is possible it requires starting building even though it might not be required. Therefore it would be very helpful if Crowdin could build projects e.g. daily automatically.

Furthermore I am guessing that Crowdin can detect very easily if a new build job needs to be started or not because if a change happened either to export settings or to any translation.
