It would be nice if it was possible to automatically book a soundbox when booking the office and checking off the alcohol box. This would make it easier for the one approving bookings to make sure there is a soundbox free.

This would be a nice feature seeing as a soundbox always should be available at the office when an event (which includes alcohol) takes part.
