Enhancement of forms

Feature request

As a leader for a group I want to be able to make forms that have more features.

• I want to be able to add a description for the form at the top, so I can inform the users that is answering my form.
• I want to be able to open the form for anonymous submissions.
• I want a range option for my questions. It is a pain to write 5 different options when askin an user to rate my bedpres from 1 to 5.
• I want to be able to set a start and end time for the form to be open.
• I want to be able to choose spesific persons that should be able to answer the form.
• I want to be able to tag my forms, so it is easier to categorize and sort the forms,
• I want to be able to choose a new text answer field, short answer.
