DWNs should support encryption out-of-the-box. We want this built into DCX somehow.

Questions

Does DCX need to change at all to enable this?
Is this purely a DWN-side update?
Does encryption happen on the record creator side or the dwn side or both?

Do research to figure out how to add this functionality to DCX application and issuer.
