November 2024 displays with two '3rds' and no '30th'.
This is caused by a bug in the version of the datepicker plugin used by Coral and isn't unique to TAMU's version.
The solution is to borrow the bug fix from an updated version of the plugin source.
An issue has been raised upstream: coral-erm#747
And a PR with the fix has been opened upstream: coral-erm#748
