Please provide relevant information below:

Description of the issue:

Currently only cda 2b is included in the model. This pathway should be expanded to all reactions and metabolites given here https://biocyc.org/SCO/NEW-IMAGE?type=NIL&object=PWY1A0-6199&redirect=T

I hereby confirm that:

This problem persists in the master branch of the repository
A similar issue does not already exist
