Unique weapons with active effects (right-click) not compatible with daedelus RPG series spell books' abilities #197

Hi, I noticed that any of the unique weapons that has right-click abilities makes the RPG series spellbooks from any class (rogue, wizard, etc...) not show up so I can't use any unique weapons with right click abilities and use spells from the RPG series mods. However, unique weapons with passive abilities work completely fine (Can use my class abilities)

I tried white listing the problematics weapons in spell engine config (Apply Spell Casting from Spell Book capability to any item matching this regex.) But does not work.

Notes: having a unique weapon with an active ability in the off hand slot is working. So it is only for Two handed weapons and one handed weapons when not on off hand
