create a CONTRIBUTING.md file with the following sections:

  1. Prerequisites
  2. Where Can I Get Help?
  3. What Contributions Are Wanted?
  4. Our Spam Policy
  5. Contribution Process:
    • Read README and Code of Conduct
    • Claim an Issue
    • Fork Repo & Create Branch
    • Commit Changes
    • Sync Fork if Needed
    • Push Changes
    • Make a Pull Request
