Want to send email notification to the added participants in the Invite-only batch or in the discussion forum.

Hello all,
Sunbird Version - 4.10.0

Please let me know, Is there any document is available or API (curl) is available for send an email notification to the added participants in the Invite-only batch or in the discussion forum?
2. When we added to the particular participants in the batch that participants got invitation by the mail but the participant did not get notification on bell icon?
Please help me in this

1. This is the API to send the email notification
2. After adding the participant only sending the email notification only. Not triggering user feed.
