Comparing Two File Trees?

Hi, is it possible to compare two file trees? I have a backup copy of all my files on an external HDD and it would be nice to compare the files on my computer to those backed up on my external drive.

If it's the same file tree, just at a different location, you can use the base path (-p) to remove it from scanned file paths. This allows to verify same file tree at a different base path. When verifying, make sure to use a log file, so reported paths are preserved if the console buffer fills up.
